Careers at BlendED National

Be part of a team that guides young people back to learning with confidence.

A new model of education

BlendED is a trauma-informed model that is designed for young people who experience barriers to traditional schooling — including anxiety, school refusal, neurodivergence, disability and complex life circumstances.

If you’re passionate about supporting young people who’ve disengaged from school, this is where your work can create real change.

Why work at BlendED National

A multidisciplinary team

You’ll collaborate with teachers, youth workers, counsellors, wellbeing staff and allied health professionals.

Every young person has an ILP, and every staff member contributes to the wraparound support that makes BlendED National work.

Your work happens across a mix of online sessions, local gathering spaces, and community settings — there are no crowded classrooms or rigid timetables.

You’ll build meaningful connections with small groups of young people, meeting them where they feel safest and most supported.
